Very very very long waiting time, I went there twice on Sundays, I had to wait the same, I had to leave the queue.
I assume they have 5—6 pedal boats, they keep people standing waiting for each boat to return, then they would receive one of the very long queue.
Let's say there are 10 persons waiting, assuming the 6 boats left together at the same moment for an hour each, this means the first 5 persons in the line will wait for an hour until the five boats return. This also means that the second five persons will have to wait for TWO hours for the second round of boats to return!!!! Without being told that this is the expected waiting time, why should I ruin two hours of my Sunday to wait for a possible boat to return???
Solutions for the owners if they care:
1- Provide online booking
2- define time, start- end, for each boat. This will help you allow customers to come to the counter, book the upcoming boat without the need to wait for two hours to get one!
3- Train staff properly to deal with these simple math problems.
